Job, Echoing Green - Coordinator, Fellowship Programs - New York, NY

DESCRIPTION

Echoing Green seeks a coordinator to provide administrative support for the Fellowship Team and our Fellows as a whole.
Fellowship Program Support
This will include supporting team members in their day to day work to support the Echoing Green Fellows and supporting the Echoing Green Fellows directly. The coordinator will need to be receptive to spontaneous projects and balance many tasks at once, so the ideal candidate is detail oriented and flexible.
Fellow Community Support
The coordinator will provide support for Echoing Green Community. The Echoing Green Community includes currently funded Fellows, Fellows at Large (alumni), and other stakeholders. Community projects include events, Award Relationships, and small Fellow working groups. The coordinator will need to be receptive to be comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, so the ideal candidate will have strong in-person and written communication skills.
Search and Selection of Fellows
The coordinator will support the annual search and selection process of Fellows. This begins with a global call for applications, continues through a rigorous six-month screening and diligence process, and culminates in the selection of our newest class of Fellows. The coordinator will play a large part in the day-to-day running of this process, so the ideal candidate is a systems thinker that demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Communications: develop internal and external written communications for the Fellowship program. This includes communications intended for external partners, applicants, and others.
  • Systems, Data, and Contact Management: Collect, track, and manage data for the Search & Selection process. This includes using Salesforce, Excel, Surveygizmo, Convio and other platforms.
  • Research: Perform and build upon existing research relevant to our annual selection process. This includes research on recruitment and selection strategies, partners, conferences, and other.
  • Partnerships: Assist with developing and managing partnerships with institutions and other stakeholders.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines and improving processes
  • Results-driven and systems-minded with an inclination toward data analysis
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic; a willingness to take initiative
  • Interest in cross-sector partnerships and collaboration
  • Passion for Echoing Green’s mission, with a commitment to social entrepreneurship and harnessing next generation talent
  • High level of experience with MS Office; Salesforce CRM, Convio or CVENT preferred


BENEFITS

The Coordinator salary range is $35,000 - $54,000 based on level of experience.
