Caucasus Projects Manager

  • Full-time (37.5 hours), permanent contract
  • Location: London-based, frequent travel
  • Salary: £40,040 (possibly more for an exceptional candidate) plus 9% employer pension contribution

The Caucasus Projects Manager will oversee our work on the Nagorny Karabakh conflict, including managing the implementation of Conciliation Resources' projects in the EPNK consortium (European Partnership for the Peaceful Settlement of the Conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh) and developing our future work in the Nagorny Karabakh context. Regular travel (approximately three months a year) is required to coordinate work in the field and provide support and oversight to partner organisations.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of project management as well as working with a wide range of actors, including local partner organisations. The Caucasus Projects Manager should have a sound understanding of the South Caucasus region, experience working on peacebuilding, development or human rights and experience in engaging with policymakers.
