Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience with Windows servers
Experience with MS Exchange servers
Experience with Windows XP and higher
Provide help-desk technical support to client companies
Investigate, analyze, and resolve software, hardware, and systems connectivity problems
Install and support new workstations, laptops and servers
Collaborate with team members on projects
Provide remote and onsite computer support
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members
Take initiative to resolve problems and assure tasks are completed in the most effective manner
